MANAGING DIRECTOR
I have 15 years’ experience working clinically. Following the completion of my doctoral training at the University of Bath (UK), I worked in both clinical and leadership roles a number of NHS and private sector settings before relocating to the UAE. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with adults across the full spectrum of common mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders.
On an individual basis, I work with adults from the corporate world, including high performing individuals and executives, treating clinical issues (such as anxiety and depression), and also non-clinical issues which impact wellbeing and work performance (including chronic stress, burnout, procrastination, and ‘Imposter Syndrome’). A pre- requisite to working with ‘the employee’, is working with the person as a whole; our personal lives, ways of seeing the world, and historical wounds contribute in a significant way to current functioning and associated difficulties.
At an organizational level, I provide consultation and strategic counsel to multinational organizations, companies, and firms, to promote and install a culture of openness to mental health and workplace wellbeing.
Evidence-based psychological science underpins all of my work; with individual clients, and also with teams and organizations.
