Dr. Lucy Wood , D. Clin. Psy (UK)

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lucy Wood

I believe that people are amazingly rich and diverse in every aspect, and so no two experiences are ever the same. As such, my core approach as a therapist is embedded in person-centered principles to facilitate an individually meaningful therapeutic experience.

My role as a Clinical Psychologist affords me the privilege to be able to offer authentic, empathetic and reasoned support, coupled with an equally diverse range of approaches and philosophies, to those I encounter on their own unique journey to personal fulfilment and wellbeing.

Born and educated in the UK, I was a Clinical Psychologist working both in the NHS and private sectors working with adults across their lifespan. I have 16 years experience working in the field of mental wellbeing and mental health, initially based in the UK, before moving to live and work in the Middle East. During this time, I have specialised in several areas of psychological difficulty, working with both individuals and couples to formulate, treat and support my clients as needed.
