Life's journey will not be a polished road, for it will take you on a few detours. While one may think that to be brave means to be seen and heard promptly, remember that courage does not always roar. Choose wisely, pursue your happiness, and try to maintain your zen.

Originally from the Philippines, Dubai has warmly welcomed me since arriving in 2011, and it has become my second home. The diverse culture is what I was seeking in my profession as a nurse in the health and wellness industry, and my personal interest in the area of psychology continues.
