The word ‘moment’ comes from the Latin word meaning, ‘particle sufficient to tip the scales’.
With today’s pace, we often end up living on auto-pilot. Running from one activity to the next, grabbing food on-the-go, and barely getting in the much needed sleep, exercise or meaningful human interactions that we require. We often race through our days, hoping that we will at some point get a break. Surely, this is not how life is supposed to be?
One moment can change everything. So, be in this moment fully and manifest its abundant potential. There is no time like the present to shift the focus to actively welcoming what we do want in our lives – all with the goal of living more mindfully. Your wellbeing will thank you for it.
