In light of recent events, many of us find our emotions deeply stirred and overwhelmed by the tragedies unfolding. It is natural to feel a profound sense of grief, confusion, and even anger. As we grapple with our emotions, seeking support and understanding becomes pivotal for our mental wellbeing.
SESSION FORMAT:
30-minute talk, followed by a 20-minute Healing Meditation.
There will be 10-minutes at the end for Q&A.

- Insight into trauma and secondary trauma – the emotional strain stemming from direct and indirect exposure to traumatic incidents.
- Immediate coping mechanisms to safeguard their emotional well-being during these difficult times.
- A healing meditation, where we take a moment to restore balance, comfort the soul, and offer a brief respite from the turmoil.
