ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:

Research states that Sleep is the single most effective thing you can do for your physical and mental health. However, the majority of people do no t get enough sleep or do not get quality sleep. According to sleep researcher Matthew Walker, we are in a ‘silent catastrophic sleep loss epidemic.’ This might be because many people still believe that sleep is a state of rest for the body and they do not see sleep as being a vital part of our day when our body is in a highly active state of healing, regenerating, and detoxifying itself.
