Dr. Ottilia Brown takes a collaborative approach to therapy and uses her eclectic training to tailor her therapeutic approach to the needs of the client. She is a clinical psychologist who works with late adolescents and adults. Dr. Ottilia believes that self-reflection and awareness and a willingness to live in the uncomfortable while healing reaps great rewards in the long-term. She also believes that people often underestimate their innate ability to survive and thrive and that therapy can be helpful in uncovering and reinforcing the tenacity of the human spirit.
