We invite you to join us for a special Nature Therapy Pilot Session in collaboration with Terra at Expo City Dubai, exploring how urban nature can support our wellbeing. This guided wellness experience outdoors will blend breathwork with the restorative power of nature at Terra.

As this event will take place outdoors, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hat.

By Metro: Expo City Dubai is also accessible by metro + a 10 minute walk or short buggy ride.
On arrival, please make your way to the main Terra lobby (facing the parking lot). From here, you will be greeted and guided to the Terra rooftop by staff.
