This is a second Community support session that has been added, for those affected by the crisis in Lebanon.
This free-of-cost online support session is for anyone who is hurting, no matter where you are from, or where you are in the world - your pain matters.
THIS SESSION WILL ADDRESS:
- Collective Grief: Understanding how grief & trauma impacts the mind, body, and our worldview.
- Self-Care During Crisis: How to survive and endure the pain & uncertainty.
- How to Support Others: Best practices for compassionate communication, including what to say, how to offer support, and what to avoid.
