Appointments are 60-90 minutes in duration and are delivered by licensed psychologists. You will be sent a Zoom link and will consult with the psychologist in the comfort of your home. You can check with your insurance provider to see if therapy sessions can be claimed back through your medical insurance and we will provide you with the necessary forms.

A 30-minute online emotional checkup consultation with a psychologist. You will be sent our Mental Health Assessments prior to the appointment. After completing the assessments, you will be provided with feedback on risk factors that you should be aware of and recommendations to improve and safeguard your mental wellbeing.

The LightHouse Arabia offers the largest number of support groups in the region, with 20 unique support groups running each month (with many running multiple times per month). All support groups are free-of-charge.
Support groups are an alternative vehicle of support for people in distress by linking people with similar issues. They have the potential to improve the access and delivery of support to a wide range of people, including some who would not seek face-to-face support at all.
