We are currently seeking two Assistant Psychologists (UAE Nationals only) to join our growing team in Dubai.

Position Overview

  • Start Date: Monday, 3rd March, 2025 
  • Full time position (40 hours per week) 
  • Alternating working days: Monday to Friday, & Sunday to Thursday 
  • Alternating working hours: 8am – 5pm, & 11am – 8pm 
  • Initially two years. Conditional on satisfactory performance reviews 
  • Initial three months probationary period

Minimum Criteria

  • UAE National (Essential) 
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English (Essential)
  • Minimum completed bachelors degree in Psychology (Essential)
  • Postgraduate qualification in psychology or related field (Desirable)
  • Previous employment experience (Desirable)
  • Experience working in mental health services (Desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying the most appropriate service to access.
  • Respond to complex client calls and requests.
  • Work as part a team in supporting daily operations and different referral pathways.
  • Provide dedicated response and coordination to clients preferring to communicate in Arabic.
  • Provide translation of key communication and documents into Arabic.
